I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room I stayed in was modern, comfortable, and had a great design. The room at Sheraton wasvery comfy and tidy, providing a pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked an outdoor pool, which would have been a great addition during the summer months. the internet in the room did not work properly.

Exceptionally designed hotel. Fine and large rooms. Gorgeous and huge bathrooms. Convenient location near mall, restaurants, and highway access. Amazing swimming pool on 18th floor with great views. I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was just a short walk away from the mall and many restaurants. The room I stayed in was very nice and modern, with a clean and stylish design. The colors of the room were beautiful and really added to the overall ambiance. I also loved the amazing swimming pool - it was such a treat to relax and swim there. The room service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff. A special shoutout to Ms. Hunra, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
